As a flex houseparent couple, you will reside in a student home, guiding and supporting a group of 8-12 students. You will create a consistent family-like structure, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you and your spouse should have:
- · Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- · A high school diploma or GED required
- · The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- · A valid driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- · Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
