About the Role
Milton Hershey School is one of the world's best private schools, providing an exceptional career-focused education to students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a houseparent, you will play a vital role in supporting these students and helping them achieve their full potential.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure for them.
