Milton Hershey School is seeking Student Caregivers - Couples Wanted to join our team and provide a family-like structure and support system for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As Student Caregivers, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting with your spouse. You will also be involved in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services, helping to create a supportive community that fosters growth and development.
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and you should have a valid driver's license. You will need to become certified to drive student home vans and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
