Milton Hershey School is a world-class private school providing exceptional education and care to students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are currently seeking married couples to join our houseparent team.
As a houseparent team, you will provide a supportive and stable environment for students, helping them thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure students receive the best possible care and support.

- Responsibilities:
- Managing daily activities and providing emotional support
- Administering medication and handling responsibilities such as driving and budgeting
- Creating a consistent family-like structure for students
- Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate a high degree of integrity
