Houseparent Positions - Milton Hershey School

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Houseparents. As a Houseparent, you and your spouse will provide a loving home environment for students in grades pre-K to 12.

Job Summary

You and your spouse will live on campus and guide students in daily activities, supporting their development. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years.

Responsibilities

• Reside on campus and provide a nurturing home environment for students
• Guide students in daily activities and support their development
• Be responsible for driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more

Requirements

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
