As flex houseparents, you will play a critical role in guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.

- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
