Salary Package

Our total compensation package for this role is approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, along with free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and other benefits.

Job Responsibilities

As a flex houseparent, you will provide a nurturing environment for students from under-served backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include managing household tasks, supporting students academically and emotionally, and being comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services.

Requirements

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Couples must have been married for at least two years
• Both spouses must be at least 27 years old
• Maximum of three dependent children can reside in the student home
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and possess a valid driver's license
