Responsibilities
As houseparents, you and your spouse will be responsible for guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also be expected to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should have a high school diploma or GED, and both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and have a valid driver's license.
