Serve as a Student Support Partner at Milton Hershey School, where you will work alongside your spouse to create a supportive and nurturing environment for our students. As a Houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home, overseeing student activities and providing guidance and support.
Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and guiding students in daily devotions. You must be comfortable leading students in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and have a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
