What are the responsibilities and job description for the Houseparent Roles for Couples position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking a married couple to become Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As Flex Houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Qualifications
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our schedule is nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
