The role involves working closely with other houseparents and school staff to create a supportive community for our students. You will be responsible for guiding a small group of students, managing household tasks, and offering support in accordance with school policies.
We are seeking experienced individuals who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years, and both spouses should be age 27 or older.
The successful candidate will be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. They will also be required to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and there may be limitations on pets.
