We expect our houseparents to provide a safe and supportive environment for our students. This includes administering medication, managing budgets, and transporting students. We also expect our houseparents to model integrity and leadership skills, guiding students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services. As a member of our team, you will be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school policies and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for married couples who share our values and are committed to providing a nurturing family-like environment for our students. If you have experience working with youth, are comfortable leading students in devotions, and are able to lift up to 50 lbs, we encourage you to apply. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and meet the qualifications listed above.
