Responsibilities
As Flex Houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Covering different student homes before being assigned to one specific home

Qualifications
To be eligible, you must:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Be at least 27 years old
- Limit the number of dependent children residing in the student home to three
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Only have fish and one dog of approved breeds as pets
- Hold a valid driver's license and be able to drive student home vans
- Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity
