Flex houseparents are married couples who reside in student homes, creating a consistent family-like structure for the students under their care. They handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.

Qualifications and Requirements
· Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
· Couples must be legally married for at least two years
· Both spouses must be 27 years old or older
· Limitations on pets and smoking on campus
· Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
· Couples must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
· High school diploma or GED required
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Demonstrated high integrity, as staff serve as role models for students
· Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
