As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will play a vital role in providing a nurturing environment for students. You will reside in an on-campus student home and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other tasks related to the well-being of the students.
To be successful in this role, you and your partner must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students. You should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
