About the Role
As a Residential Youth Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a safe and supportive living environment for students
- Assisting with daily tasks and activities, such as homework help and recreational activities
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of student care plans
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and paid training, as well as a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
