Job Description:
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a nurturing and family-like environment for students. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students, ensuring their well-being and safety.

A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
