The school hires married couples as Flex Houseparents, who reside in on-campus student homes and guide approximately 8-12 students. These couples provide a consistent family-like structure and handle responsibilities like driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications:
· Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
· Married couples with at least two years of marriage
· Both spouses must be at least 27 years old
· No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
· Must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with no alcohol permitted while on duty
· Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
· Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
· High school diploma or GED required
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
· Candidates must demonstrate high integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
