Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school that provides an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become Houseparents, providing a family-like environment for 8-12 students.
About the Role
Flex Houseparents reside on-campus and guide their assigned student group. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. Initially, Houseparents cover different homes before being assigned to one specific home.

- A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals, utilities, and more)

Qualifications
To be considered, you must have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings
- Be a legally married couple for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
- Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
