The role of a houseparent at Milton Hershey School is to provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The position requires married couples to guide and support a group of 8-12 students while managing daily responsibilities and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Manage daily responsibilities and activities
Benefits:
- $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Qualifications:
