Couples who are married for at least two years can apply for this unique career opportunity. As houseparents, they will be responsible for providing a nurturing home environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage household responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
- Guide students in their personal, educational, and spiritual development.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

- Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
- Three-week paid summer vacation.
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and limit on pets.
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and complete an individual employment application.
