Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Houseparents. As a Houseparent, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily transportation and health care of students
- Budgeting and managing household expenses
- Guiding students in their personal and academic growth

Benefits
Salary: $43,825 per person (approx. $150,000 per couple)

To be considered, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and you must abide by the school's smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
Qualifications

- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
