Job Responsibilities
As a flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for:
- Providing a family-like environment for a group of 8-12 students
- Guiding and supporting students in their daily lives
- Handling household responsibilities, such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Please note that both spouses must be comfortable with these responsibilities and meet the required qualifications.
