About the Role
As a Life Skills Coach at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in preparing high school seniors for successful transitions to post-graduation life. This is a year-round position, working a schedule of 9 consecutive days, followed by 3 days off.
You will be responsible for mentoring students in areas such as personal finance, time management, and interpersonal skills, as well as supervising recreational activities and collaborating with staff. This is a live-in position, requiring a Bachelor's Degree and experience working in youth residential settings.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a minimum annual salary of $48,799, plus benefits. Housing and utilities are provided, and up to $2,800 in relocation assistance is available.
