As a Transitional Living Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students by helping them develop essential life skills for post-graduation success.
This role involves supervising and mentoring high school seniors in a residential setting, creating and supervising evening and weekend recreational activities, taking students to Sunday chapel services, and collaborating with fellow staff members to continually evaluate and enhance the program.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who can demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with a strong track record of working with diverse youth populations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and a valid driver's license in good standing, with the ability to become certified to drive a 9-passenger van.
