Our residential program offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of high school seniors. You will work closely with students to help them develop essential life skills, including time management, personal finance, and interpersonal relationships. You will also create and supervise recreational activities, take students to Sunday chapel services, and collaborate with staff to enhance the program.
This is a year-round position that requires a Bachelor's Degree, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and guide students from diverse backgrounds. If you are passionate about helping young people succeed, we invite you to join our team.
