Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive a 9-passenger van
- Experience working in youth residential settings preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, including conflict management and inspiration
- High degree of organizational skills and flexibility required
