Milton Hershey School is dedicated to serving disadvantaged youth, providing them with an exceptional career-focused education and a safe and supportive living environment. As a House Parent, you will play a crucial role in helping these students achieve their full potential.
Your Responsibilities
You and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home, providing guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include managing daily life, transportation, budgeting, and health care for the students. You will also be expected to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Our team is made up of dedicated and passionate professionals who are committed to serving our students. We are looking for couples who share our values and are willing to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged youth.
