As a Residential Mentor, you will play a crucial role in creating a supportive community for our students. We are seeking married couples who are experienced in working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
The ideal candidate couple will be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. In return, we offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling around $150,000 for the couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
