As a Houseparent, you will be part of this mission, providing a nurturing family-like environment for students and guiding them in their daily needs and activities. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and providing a consistent family-like structure for students. In return, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. This package also includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more, as well as relocation assistance and paid training provided.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited). A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
