Couple Foster Caregivers Wanted
Milton Hershey School is seeking couple foster caregivers to join our team as flex houseparents. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our students while developing your own skills and experiences.
Responsibilities
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment for a group of 8-12 students. This will include managing various responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and daily devotions. You will also have the opportunity to take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and lead daily devotions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should have been legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a high degree of integrity and can model positive behaviors for our students.

We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple.
