Care for students from disadvantaged backgrounds as a Houseparent, Full-Time at Milton Hershey School. This role requires a married couple to reside in an on-campus home, providing guidance and nurturing to a group of approximately 8-12 students.
You and your spouse will work together to create a family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. In return, you will receive a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and meet specific requirements regarding dependent children, pets, and smoking policies.
