About the Role
The Youth Development Specialist at Milton Hershey School is responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters the growth and development of our students. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for approximately 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and providing daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
