We are looking for Married Couple Career Opportunities at Milton Hershey School. As a married couple, you will work together to provide a supportive and structured environment for students in grades Pre-K through 12.
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, providing support, and serving as role models for your assigned students. You will also be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. The schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
