We are seeking married couples to become part of our dynamic team as flex houseparents. This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses.
In this role, you will reside on-campus and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure, handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, and participate in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
