Job Description
As House Parents at Milton Hershey School, you and your spouse will provide a consistent family-like structure for a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include transportation, medication administration, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring a stable home for students. You will lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
You will reside in on-campus student homes and handle various tasks, including driving, administering medication, and budgeting. You will also have the opportunity to participate in paid training and relocation assistance.

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple with a minimum of two years of marriage
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Ability to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. No alcohol is permitted while on duty
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated high degree of integrity
