Student Support Specialists Wanted!
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as student support specialists, providing a supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role involves guiding daily activities, administering medication, and maintaining a family-like structure within student homes.
About the Role:
As a student support specialist, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and provide guidance, nurturing, and support to a group of 8-12 students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.

Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legal marriage for at least two years

- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity
