As flex houseparents, couples will provide a stable and loving environment for approximately 8-12 students. Responsibilities include:
- Leading daily devotions and participating in Sunday chapel services
- Managing household responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Providing emotional support and guidance to students
