We are seeking caring couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home and provide a consistent family-like structure for approximately 8-12 students.
About the Role
You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including free housing and benefits.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
