What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Houseparents Wanted position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home and guide approximately 8-12 students. This is a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Age 27 or older, with no more than three dependent children residing in the student home
- Valid driver's license, ability to become certified to drive student home vans
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
