As a Married Couple Caregiver, you and your spouse will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students and helping them achieve their full potential. In this role, you will work together to provide guidance, support, and care to a group of 8-12 students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth. This role requires both spouses to be actively involved in the care and supervision of the students, working collaboratively to create a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be married for at least two years, and both spouses must be age 27 or older. You should also have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
