To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also essential. High school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
