In this role, you will reside on-campus with your spouse and provide a family-like environment for a group of 8-12 students. As a flexible houseparent, you will be responsible for managing daily routines, providing emotional support, and participating in educational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with students
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for students to thrive
• Collaborate with other houseparents and staff to meet student needs
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities
Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services
