We are seeking married couples to become Residential Youth Care Specialists, providing a unique career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses. As a couple, you will work together to create a family-like setting for our students, guiding them in daily activities and handling daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities and Expectations
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a nurturing environment for 8-12 students
- Guiding students in daily activities and homework
- Handling daily responsibilities, such as driving and administering medication
- Participating in weekly meetings with the residential staff
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High level of integrity and commitment to the well-being of students
Compensation and Benefits
The total compensation package for this role includes a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
