We are seeking a Married Couple Housing Supervisor to join our team at Milton Hershey School. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As a Housing Supervisor, you will live in on-campus student homes with your spouse and provide guidance and nurturing to students. You will handle responsibilities such as transportation, budgeting, and student welfare.
Milton Hershey School provides its students with an exceptional career-focused education, including housing, meals, and other essential needs. We are looking for a couple who has experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
The successful candidate will lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
