What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Houseparent Leaders position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to become Houseparent Leaders at Milton Hershey School. As a Houseparent Leader, you and your spouse will provide a consistent family-like structure for a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving students to various locations, administering medication, and managing the budget for the student home.
Responsibilities
- Guiding students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Lifting up to 50 lbs and being able to drive student home vans
- Working closely with other staff members to provide a safe and supportive environment for students

Qualifications
