Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and the couple should have been legally married for at least two years. They will need to demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff members are role models for students, and adhere to our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
Compensation and Benefits: As a flex houseparent, you can expect a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. You will also enjoy comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, including a period of personal time while students are at school.
