What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Houseparents position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking Married Couple Houseparents to join our team. As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and supervision to a group of 8-12 students residing in a family-like environment. You will work closely with other houseparents to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for our students.
Your primary responsibilities will include daily student supervision, transportation, and administration of medication. You will also be responsible for budgeting, reporting, and handling other household tasks. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
