Job Responsibilities
As a married couple houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for providing family-like care to a group of approximately 8-12 students.
You will live on campus and guide your students, handling daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
You will also have the opportunity to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
Requirements
We are looking for experienced individuals who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Candidates must have been legally married for at least two years, be at least 27 years old, and have a high school diploma or GED.
Couples must be comfortable living on campus and working with students from diverse backgrounds.
