Job Description
As a flex houseparent couple, you will reside in on-campus student homes and provide a nurturing family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students. Responsibilities include guiding students, administering medication, budgeting, and driving, as well as fostering a supportive community. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Aged 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
Benefits
We offer a salary of $43,825 per person, which translates to a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple.
